Hi, I'm trying to use flow to send an automatic email when a new lead is created and assigned to a user in Dynamics. I'm not sure how to add when assigned to new user? Thank you.

Try setting the owner field (ownerid) under the select columns of you r first step trigger when a row is added, modified or deleted.
