UI Automation Actions Take Long Time to Complete

Has anyone else had the issue of Mouse Clicks or Focus Window actions taking a long time to complete? I'm noticing 15 seconds to complete just one action when it comes to either of these. Any recommendations to make them complete quicker or find the element they need faster? 

 

Also I'm noticing this in both unattended/attended mode if that helps.

    @spcasserly ,

     

    The performance of automation bots typically depends on your VM internet speed and as well as application they interact with. If you believe the application the bot interacts with has no performance issues, you can attempt to reduce the delay from the "send keys" properties and observe whether it improves the situation.

    Resolved this on my own. We found that by de-selecting and removing more of the element requires the process to take more time to review all elements on the screen. By re-selecting more of the element, this makes the action much quicker and stable.

    Please let me know if the screenshot appears for you. This is where I am selecting/de-selecting pieces of the element.
