Hello everyone!

I have a question about the e-mail received when 'Start an approval' process is executed. Sometimes the format of the emails I receive from "flow-noreply@microsoft.com" is different. There are two types of format patterns, and the information listed is almost the same. The big difference is that the face photo of the approval requester is displayed. I would like to know the reason for the occurrence.
