Automate Schedule using Availability

I'm new to using Power Automate so I have tried multiple ways but didn't seem to get any real progress.
I've been having trouble trying to create an automated flow that assigns shifts for my team on a weekly basis. The key requirements are as follows:

  1. Shift Options: There are only two shift options per day:

    - Morning shift: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM and Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
  2. Automation Schedule: The flow should run every week on Friday at 5:00 PM to assign shifts for the upcoming week.

  3. Weekend Consideration: No shifts should be assigned on the weekend.

  4. Create Teams Meetings: For each assigned shift, automatically create a Microsoft Teams meeting with the correct person assigned to that shift.

The flow should optimize the assignment based on each team member's availability (the one that you can set using the Teams app and Shifts), ensuring there are no overlapping shifts and that the workload is fairly distributed

Does anyone have any tips concerning the type of functions to use etc?

What have you built so far? Can you post a screenshot?
Which part are you struggling with?

I've not built that much so far, I coudn't find a function that directly gets the availability from the members, only the already assigned shifts etc.

I used the apply to each to try and read out the availability from each member.
