Power Automate is referencing the same field twice

I would like to ask how to troubleshoot the following Power Automate error:

The "Create Item" action automatically references SharePoint fields. The two fields shown in the attached image have had their names changed (from "Need Follow-up" to "Result"). However, Power Automate is referencing the same field twice, and then tells me that the second field no longer exists and that I need to delete it in order to save the flow again. However, there is no option to manually delete the second field on the screen. I even tried re-referencing the SharePoint address/list, but the issue persists. Could you please help me troubleshoot this error?

Thank you!

Could you post some more screenshots of the flow? I don't understand which action receives the error.

    Hello Sroo,

    Yes, sure.

My process begins with using a Form to collect each user's seal application, then I connect it to MS Approval to send the application to their manager for review, with or without an attachment. Once the manager approves the application, the request is automatically added to an MS list (creating an item) and a notification email is sent to the user, their manager, and the seal keeper simultaneously.

The issue occurs during the "create item" step, as mentioned above. The flow runs fine, but when I try to make minor modifications and save the changes, I encounter an error message stating that "item/OData__x9700__x8ddf__x9032_ no longer exists." After checking, I discovered that this refers to the "Result" column, which I use to determine whether the seal application should be followed up as a contract.

There is another column named "虛跟進" (meaning "need to follow up"), which had been renamed to "Result" and has the same value as the "Result" column. It appears that Power Automate is dynamically referencing the "Result" column twice. I'm not sure how to correct this, as the column "虛跟進" had been renamed to "Result" already, and now the "Result" column should be referenced.

Could you please assist with this issue? Thanks a lot !
