I'm seeking some assistance with a Power Automate flow I'm currently building. The flow is designed to import data from an Excel file and paste it into various fields within an online web form. One critical field in this form is the account name, which determines how the rest of the form populates.
Here's the challenge I'm facing: when Power Automate extracts the client name from Excel and uses the "Populate text field on web page" action, it pastes the entire client name into the field. However, the system doesn't recognize it in the same way it would if the name were manually typed. Typically, as you type, the system suggests matching account names, but this isn’t happening when the full name is pasted in one action.
The only way I’ve found to trigger the suggestions is to manually backspace or delete some of the characters, at which point the system starts showing the available accounts. I’m looking for a way to automate this process, as manual intervention defeats the purpose of the flow.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and if so, could you share any workarounds or solutions? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
