Flow Trigger has Error - Not Found

I have built a flow that is triggered when an email arrives in a shared mailbox.

I need to switch the connector on the flow to someone else in my organization. When I do this, however, the flow shows an error message: "There's a problem with the flow's trigger."

  • If we follow the "fix the trigger" or "learn more" link, it says the mailbox is not found.
  • At first, I believed that the person I was transferring the flow to lacked access to the shared mailbox, but they have been made an owner.

The problem is persisting. We've tried having each of us change the connector on our own ends, and at this point, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel trying to figure out what could be wrong.

    Hello @silverwolftan

Can you try and remove the trigger and than re adding it back, than changing the connection

Unfortunately, this does not work. I've also tried re-creating the flow from scratch. Oddly enough, the trigger does not seem to have a problem using my colleague's connector UNTIL I add them as a co-owner.

    Hi @silverwolftan

How was this shared mailbox created?

    Using Admin Center?

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/email/create-a-shared-mailbox?view=o365-worldwide

According to MS Docs, The Shared Mailbox will not work with User-to-user shared mailboxes, unless more permissions are configured:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#issues-with-a-shared-mailbox

Here is some great information on Shared Mailboxes in O365 as well:

    https://msexperttalk.com/understanding-shared-mailbox-limitations-office-365/

So, the Flow works when you use your connection, but then breaks if you change the connection?

    Solved:

The person whose connector needed to be used had only completed part of the process of setting up their mailbox access.
