I have built a flow that is triggered when an email arrives in a shared mailbox.
I need to switch the connector on the flow to someone else in my organization. When I do this, however, the flow shows an error message: "There's a problem with the flow's trigger."
- If we follow the "fix the trigger" or "learn more" link, it says the mailbox is not found.
- At first, I believed that the person I was transferring the flow to lacked access to the shared mailbox, but they have been made an owner.
The problem is persisting. We've tried having each of us change the connector on our own ends, and at this point, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel trying to figure out what could be wrong.
