Hi, I'm trying to set-up dynamic approvals using a SharePoint list. I've followed a video, however I'm getting an error at the 'select' condition stating 'Approvers' doesn't exist:

Clearly, I'm missing something and hoping someone can help me. My flow is attached.

In your Select can you check which list you are trying to get the Approvers from? It might be you're trying to get it from the Weekly report submissions which is why the Approvers column doesn't exist.

On second thoughts, can you check in your List the internal name of the Approvers column to see if it is in fact Approvers, or something else. Was it initially named Contact, then renamed to Approvers?

Hi, that's what I thought too, however it appears to be the correct location from the flow... unless I'm missing something?

@vickiwatson246 I just updated my original reply to check the internal name of the Approvers column.

Can you check in your List the internal name of the Approvers column to see if it is in fact Approvers, or something else. Was it initially named Contact, then renamed to Approvers?

likely a real stupid question... how do I check the internal name? Usually, I filter to see the name in the URL but that particular field doesn't filter normally, rather by name entered.

If you go into your List settings, then click on the column you should see the internal name of the column in the URL.

Or you can run your flow and look at the output from your Get items action to see the column names.

Oh fabulous! The field was called 'Contact' and it is now working. Such a simple thing, thanks so much for your help. 🙂
