Unable to install machine-runtime app

I have installed the latest PAD version on my desktop but nevertheless I am unable to check the box to install the machine-runtime app to connect my desktop flows to my cloud flows. Whenever I try to install said app, this is the option I get (install only the PAD app):

There is no machine-runtime app option available in my installation as per the documentation ins this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage-machines#other-known-limitations and below:

Right now I am running a free premium trial, not sure if this affects my options somehow. How can I get this machine-runtime app? I really need to be able to trigger a desktop flow from the cloud. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

 

Edit: My MicrosoftFlowExtensionCore version is 1.2.4.14 as per the pic below:

    Turns out I was using Windows 10 Home. Bought Windows 10 Pro and my problem was solved. After I installed Windows 10 Pro, I went ahead and installed the same version I had of Power Automate Desktop but this time I was able to check the box for machine-runtime app.
