I created a FLOW and ran it successfully yet, the information is not appearing on thmaster spreadsheet it is attached to. Am I missing a step in the FLOW? Thank you!

Could you share the details of Add a row into a table action configuration?
If you want to add user-submitted data to a specified Excel file, you need to meet the following conditions:
For reference, I did a test on my side. After defining the table, configure Dynamic content in the corresponding field.
