Hi Community,

Need your help please

Did any one tried auto capturing the meeting notes from Teams to PowerApps. Could some one please help me with the solution.

hey

how do you want to achieve this? in my point of view this is not possible within power apps alone. i just checked power automate but the triggers there are not really available for what you are looking for.

i would suggest using the copilot that you can use in your teams, and record the session and turn on transcript, copilot will give you a very good summary of your meeting.

Yeah..I've tried the co-pilot feature in Teams. However, is it possible to connect that co-pilot generated notes to the power apps application.

as far as i know this is not possible.

what do you want to do with it because you need it in powerapps?

We do have a meeting notes PowerApps template i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYYLWl3qwE0 where in we need to capture the notes manually.
but connecting to Teams copilot feature which auto generates the notes and same notes needs to append to PowerApps will be less manual work
