Required "group id" parameter when no group exists (to my knowledge)

I'm attempting to set up an action to "create a task" in Power Automate. The required parameters are "group id" and "plan id". I located the "plan id" in MS Planner, however, my plan does not have a group associated with it (so there is thus, no "group id" to my knowledge). I own the plan and do not intend to share/associate it with a group.

Does a group id exist for every plan in MS Planner (shared and private)? If so, where would I find it? I need the action to work for a private plan in MS Planner as opposed to "My Tasks" for my specific use case.

The Group ID is only required to be able to List the Plan IDs in the next dropdown.  If you populate the plan ID manually using the Enter Custom Value in the dropdown you can set the Plan ID to anything and the action will work.  You can get the Plan ID from the URL of the plan in Planner.  See notes here: Planner - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

Here are the errors that I'm getting - the "group id" seems to be required for some reason.

Its required that it not be null.  But if a valid plan id is entered then the Group ID is ignored as long as it isn't null.  You can't leave it empty, but its only used to populate the Plan ID dropdown.  So if you have a valid Plan ID you can put anything in the Group ID field.
