how to write and condition in if activity of 2 tables having row count = 0

I am having 2 datatables in which if both row count is 0 , then i need to go into if condition

 

I have the same question (0)

    With multiple conditions where you use AND inside if statement the second operant needs to be TRUE since the AND statement only returns true or false.
    So in the first operand line add = 0 to both datatables you are checking.
    Like so:
