i have created a table (below) that is emailed to me each month, but the expiry date is yyyy-mm-dd and i want dd-mm-yyyy, how do i do this?

    i have created a flow to mirror previous flows that i have made.  however when i have made my new flow i cannot find the recurrence action (see below from a flow i made before with a recurrence)

     where can i find this as i want to automate a monthly email for my flow.
