    Hi @patma

I have noticed that you put the Responders' Email to the Send an email action, which means the responders who submitted the from will receive the email:

Please make sure if you submitted the form, if you hope to get the email, you could hard code your email address to Send an email action.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia

Hi thanks for the great response. Event I use my office email address, I didn't get the email. If I use my Gmail, I able to get.

Do you think we must use 365 emails for this send an email V2?

    Regards,

    PATMA

    Hi @patma

Could you please show me a screenshot of the flow run history? Did the flow run successfully?

Using Send an email (V2) action in office 365 connector is not the only option to send email through Power Automate. If you could receive emails from gmail, using gmail should also be good.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia
