Hi @Anonymous

When query sharepoint using getitems you can perform query ins ame action
Using filter query option

example: Status eq 'Pending'

Next instaed of creating array, use Select a (data operation) action and choose the field you need
Next create html table and send in email

in the email body, you can define css as well to format your table

on which step did the flow fail
and what is the error message

if flow fails on get items
check odata query syntax (may be statis is a choice field in your case)

error states Mailroom Name has field is not correctly names

check the exact name returned by the getitems action (when u run the flow you can see the details)

then try item()?['correctnameofmailroomfield']

Hi @Anonymous,

The body of Send an email (V2) you need to input is Html format, so if you need to send it as an Html, you should obey the rule of Html. Please refer to this post: Send-an-email-v2

Or you could use the Send an email action, then set the Is Html as Yes:
