Flow only runs after being turned off and on

I wonder if anyone can help: 

 

I have a flow which is supposed to trigger on creation of a Dynamics 365 record and send an SMS using Twilio. It works when in test mode and it also works if I turn the Flow off and then on again (typical IT eh) but I need it to run immediately to be any use.

 

I noticed someone else had the same issue and wondered if there is a known issue.

    Please share a screenshot of your flow?

     

    A URL of the flow would be helpful.

     

    By the way, which Flow Plan are you using?
