I need some help with an Excel Spreadsheet.

I have an Excel Spreadsheet that I run a few Excel Scripts on to clean up some fields...once that is done I need to move that Excel Spreadsheet to another directory...but I keep getting Error 423 when trying to run the Move to Final Destination action. I need to know when the Excel Spreadsheet has been released so I can complete the file move.

How can I check to see when the Excel Spreadsheet is no longer in use?
