Change Group settings with a flow (-HiddenFromExchangeClients)?

How can i change a group/team setting with a flow?

-HiddenFromExchangeClients
 
I guess i should use the HTTP connector and update the groups settings using graph somehow?
but i do not know atall where to start or where to look.

    Can you do what you want using GRAPH Explorer?  If so, you will be able to do the same using a flow.

    I wish i could do it in graph explorer.

    but i dont know how to do it ...

    It seems i need the setting ID.

    but how do i get that?

     

    and my second struggle will be just , how to do it in power automate.?
