How to avoid loop (Apply to each) and improve performance ?

Hi,

I've created a flow which as of now takes around 1 hour to execute and while analyzing I found that the causative agent is the loop (Apply to each): I'm iterating over 50 engagement numbers (unique identifier) and passing it dynamically to download the account documents file as described in below image. Could you please suggest any other solution to avoid the loop somehow or any other approach to download the documents in bulk or without loop.

Thanks Flow.png

Hi @Anonymous , Does the API request in question allows retrieving by multiple engagement number at once?
If Yes, then we can send all the EngagementNR at once to the API.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Maybe you can try concurrency to solve the problem that the flow execution time is too long

@Anonymous Also we can try enabling the concurreny control (if iterating sequentially is not required) to iterate all the items in parallel instead of iterating sequentially. Just go to Apply to each settings and enable Concurrency control.
