Comparing SharePoint Lists and identifying missing values

I have two sharepoint lists with the column Responsible Lawyers repeated in both. I am trying to compare where the lists have a value and where they do not. The purpose being trying to understand who has returned a form which must be submitted every month. Can someone please explain what the expression should be to identify the items that are missing in the second list, but present in the first?

Hi,

Try to put sp items in a array. Initliaze 3 arrays two of them for sp list 3rd is for missing values. then try this,

Hi again,

Follow this steps
Initliaze your three arrays
then use get items for your Sharepoint list items
use apply to each (value from get items)
append to array variable select your first array as value use Responsible Lawyers
Then the screenshot steps.

Is it better ?
