Error Adobe sign

I am trying to create a flow that triggers when a file is added to a sharepoint library and sends the file for signature via adobe acrobat sign but the flow always fails at the end saying that I can only send the request in the workflow I don't know how to solve the problem.

Hi @AS-24071706-0

So there are a few things that can cause this.

1. You would in this case actually have to create a Workflow IN Adobe Sign. then you would call that from power automate using the State an Adobe Sign workflow action (thats one way to do it)

2. You can also turn off the Enable sending setting in Adobe Sign, as that may resolve the issue as well.

I do not know if you are an enterprise customer or not? There are other actions you can use too, including using a Template in Adobe Sign and start your approval/sign from there, although I believe #1 or #2 would be easier.
