Dear Community,
Good day. Can anyone help me in this dilemma. We have an external facing SharePoint site, where these external users are directed from a hyperlink. Their task is to upload files inside designated subfolders and then accomplish an MS Forms to notify us. The problem is not all external users do the MS Forms part, leading us uninformed and mostly behind schedule.
I understand that there's a "when a file is created" action, but I know that this action triggers when a single file is uploaded inside the folder. What could be the better alternative to our problem?
