Microsoft Forms trigger issues

Hi,

 

I have 5 different work flows in place for each of our departments that are each triggered by a Microsoft Form Result when submitted and have been working perfectly fine for the last 6 months. As of today all 5 have stopped working, I've run diagnostic on all of them and there seems to be no issue with the actual setup on the flows it seems that Microsoft Forms and Power Automate are not talking with each other to create the trigger? The forms are definitely being submitted as coming up in MS Forms results but there is nothing shown in the Power Automate history, no failure or anything.

 

Could anyone provide some assistance or had similar issues?

    This is happening for me today. Is it a known issue with MS Power Automate?

    Hello,

    i have a same issue.

    I created two flux and only one works.

    nothing reporting error

    Microsoft posted this update on the Power Automate Support page:

    Warning: From Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 3:35 PM UTC until 20:00 UTC, there was degradation in Microsoft Forms in East US that caused Power Automate flows that trigger on forms rooted in East US to not trigger on form submissions during the impact time period. The root issue in Microsoft Forms has been mitigated as of 20:00 UTC.

    I can confirm that the trigger is working again for me now.

    I am having the same issue as GarciaMcgC and kblankenship35 today. All my Forms-Automate Flows were working fine yesterday. Now when a form is submitted, the flow is not triggered but does not produce an error.

    Same issue here as reported by GarciaMcgC. All other triggers seem to work, but Forms triggers are only happening sporadically across all our flows. Started this morning between 9:00 and 10:00 CST.

    Hi Alice,

     

    I am having this issue right now. Two separate flows connected to two different forms are not starting when forms are submitted. There are no errors on either end - the forms are submitted and recorded on Forms but Power Automate does not launch the flows they are supposed to triggers.
