UIFlowAgentLauncherService service is not running on the target machine

I am getting the below message every time I try to run a flow:

"UIFlowAgentLauncherService service is not running on the target machine."

I have run the process on the target machine before. I've tried to log into the virtual machine and open PAD and the gateway client, before signing out to try to run the process in unattended mode. The same process, with all settings as they are currently, has run on the same machine in unattended mode before.

I've searched for the mentioned service in the services window and could not find it. Is there anything I am not doing in order to initiate the service?

@Alvin_Hili1 were you ever able to get this to work? I'm having the same issue. I found the service and it's running but when I sign out and run the unattended flow it gives me this error.
