I come to you to ask for help please!
I am trying to find out if it is possible to make sure to automatically extract the data from a LISTS to an xlsx files (Excel)
If so, how do you do it?
Or, how do you make Synchronize a List (MS LISTS) with an Excel file?
The goal is to create a kind of team form under MS LISTS and to feed an Excel file each time this form is modified.
(I have the option to use Power Automate if there is a need)

Thank you for posting.
According to your requirement, that’s absolutely possible using flow. Here are the configuration of flow :
Please kindly refer related action and property above. When we complete and test the flow, once new response detected, the flow starts. Then the new result will be added to SPO list and sync to excel file with no issue.
