Need for re-authentication

Since a few days a flow failed due to a connection error. Editing the flow quickly fixed the problem, I had to re-authenticate to connection and then the flows started to get successful again.

But 2 things, why did I have to re-authenticate? I am using the MS DYnamics (deprecated) connector still for that flow, does it matter?

Funny is also that I cannot go to "Connections" and edit anything. I just get an eternal spinner...

Also, in the great external tool, FlowStudio, I cannot get the latest runs, the call times out.

I guess all these things are related, but I cannot figure out what is the hen and what is the egg? Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

    Hello Team,

Let me explain this to you in some detail.

Firstly the need to re authenticate or fix a broken connection can be anything (possible examples are expired credentials or certificate issue over the internet which is not in your control), you can only know about this once you check the JSON data for the broken connection.

For this you need to go to the Flow Studio, find the list of broken connections, right click on the desired broken connection and select Connection JSON.

Now since you are not able to access the recent flows in Flow studio or check your Connections from the Menu, this is because your Flow environment is currently facing some connection issues.

I would recommend trying to open the Flow environment (flow.microsoft.com) from some other browser or using a private browser.

This is a temporary connection issue that often occurs, do not worry, it will get fixed in some time.

    Nice blog post around this-
