Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have had an app where users request approval from managers of certain tasks. I have a back - end flow in which managers are able to approve or reject the requests on outlook using the send email with options function. Lately, some users have not been able to Approve/Reject as those messages are no longer actionable (greyed out buttons on Outlook). It is quite weird as the flow had been working well for 2 years without issues. Kindly requesting some guidance to make sure it enforces those send email with options rules and maybe identify why the flow no longer allows that action.
