Microsoft Power Platform Flow: Delete SharePoint list items if two columns have the values

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me?

I would like to create a flow that runs automatically every 24 hours.
It should check a SharePoint list to see if the date is older than TODAY and the status is set to “done”.
If so, these entries should be deleted.

If the date is older than TODAY and the status is “not done”, the entries should be kept and not deleted.

What is the best way to set this up?

Thank you and best regards
Stefan

    Hi

    1. Create a scheduled flow and set to every day
    2. Use a Get Items, for SharePoint, but add a filter that askes for only the ones where your column = done and your date field matches today

I have no idea what your field is (choice, text, bummer cars etc) as there are no details so I have to guess

    3. Add an apply to each
inside the apply to each, you will have every single row that met your criteria to be deleted
-add a Delete Item action, using the Apply to Each ID Dynamic Property (which is the row in SharePOint)

    And done.
You can add error handling or logging etc if you want but the above is the answer

please give it a try, do some homework on what I explained and you will be able to easily create it. Please come back if you have questions
