Hey Microsoft Team,

I know you're hard at work on the power platform build tools, but does anyone have something they can share in terms of a roadmap or release schedule? It's been more than a quarter since the 1.0.23 release.

Items that would make ALM using Azure DevOps much easier would be things like Backups with SPN authentication and making it easier to import data.

@alrez, perhaps we could get a quick release that supports the latest command line tools like SolutionPackager?
As it is right now, we can't use our automation to produce a package with Service Plans.
