How to create a flow Wherein Task is Completed, the attached files in Planner to be sent to email

I created a flow wherein where a task is completed, I will be notified by email.

However, I would like to add the following specific actions:

1. The attachments from the completed task will also be attached to the sent email.

2. The attachments are usually in Microsoft Word format, saved in a Microsoft Teams Folder. I want it converted to PDF.

Is there a way to do this? 01_Planner Screenshot.png02_Flow.png

Yes,  that was exactly what I wanted.

It's just sad that it this feature is not yet available.

Thanks anyways! Will go to the IDEA forum as instructed.

    Regards,

    Hi @Florante,

Do you want to send email with the attachment from the completed task?

If you want to attach file from the completed task into the email, I am afraid that there is no direct action could be supported to take these attachments out from the Planner task, there is a similar idea created in IDEA forum, you could head to vote it to make it come true in the future:
