How to extract embedded PDF out of an XML file?

How can I extract an embedded PDF out of an XML file (UBL) and save it as a PDF?

The embedded PDF is included in the XML as Base64 content. So I need to convert that to PDF.
How to do that?

@reginaldbal you can extract the value from xml node and then pass it to create file action.

@jinivthakkar Hello, could you elaborate on the step by step to extract PDF data from xml and store it as a PDF file, like in SharePoint. To give my context, I have 600,000 infopath forms that I have stored as xml files. We have finally gotten away from infopath. Each xml file (infopath) has one or more PDF attachments that I need to extract and store for regulator reasons. When I look at the xml file the attachment looks like it's base64. How could I do what you advised to reginaldbal. I would like to accomplish this in power automate as I have multiple points of data from the xml files going to a few SharePoint lists and the PDFs to a SharePoint library.
