Hello,

I have this condition where it's checking wherther one question or another etc is equal to "Yes".

If so then, it branches to an Approval action. I am wondering how I can somehow have the question text and the answer (only if it's yes) displayed in the body of the approval email.

I know I can do this by adding in the items from the flow but would ideally like it to intelligently appear in the email only if the value is equal to "Yes".
