Invoke web service not working with multipart

We have an API that accepts binary data and allows us to upload PDFs. However, when I tried using Power Automate Desktop's "Invoke Web Service" to upload the file, it uploads successfully, but the downloaded files appear to be corrupted. I attempted several methods, including converting files to Base64 and using PowerShell, but although the upload works, the downloaded file is still not viewable. If I convert to binaryData I always receive error , not implemented : op to blobtotet error
