Executing a Power Automate Desktop app from a link

I don't have the Premium version but I don't want to have my user go through all the steps of getting to the Power Automate Desktop flow. Is there a way to create a shortcut without Premium?

    Following steps allow you to run PAD flows quickly without a Premium license.
    1. Create a Desktop Shortcut - 
    Right-click on the flow in the PAD console.
    Select "Create desktop shortcut".
    2. Assign a Keyboard Shortcut - 
    Right-click on the flow → Properties.
    Set a Shortcut key and click Save.

    The "Create a desktop shortcut" option is missing. In "Properties" only keyboard shortcut is provided.
