I created a flow that pulls emails from my inbox and puts it into an excel file. However, I need to share a copy of this flow so others are able to use it with their own accounts. When I try to share it, I get the notification that I must remove personal information before sharing but if I remove the personal information, the flow won't properly save and I still won't be able to share it since it needs a successful run in order to be shared as a copy. Is there a way around this or a way to remove my personal information (like my email) and still be able to save it properly?

I will suggest that you export the flow as zip and share it with your colleague.
When they import it, they will be asked to enter their credentials. This way you can successfully share a flow template without including your personal information.
