Word document created by Flow unable to be seen in Word preview

I created a Flow that takes answers from a form and inputs them into a Word doc to be distributed to certain people. This Word doc works when downloaded, but it does not work when people attempt to preview in in Outlook. Is there something wrong going on and is there a way to fix this?

    Hi @d-c,

     

    I did the test on my side, as you described, I can't preview the file in outlook.

    I noticed that after downloading the file and then opening it, I need to select the encoding rule (UTF-8), otherwise the file will be garbled.

    There is no problem with the configuration of your Flow. You could try to give feedback to Word Online to see if you can find the cause of the problem.
