Hi,

I have followed the steps from the link below

https://www.intelogy.co.uk/blog/how-to-populate-a-multi-select-column-in-sharepoint-from-forms/

The last bit I am trying to do is to send email to the requestor which should be filled out in the form.

Under dynamic contents, I only see current item like below.

I meant the list of items from sharepoint; how can I manage to see those lists in "Send an email".

    Hi @dogbural82 ,

    I have checked the link you attached. You need to add a "Get response details" in "Apply to each 3" before "send an email" action so that you can retrieve data from the submitted form.

    @v-wenjuan-msft

    I just went through again watching this video

    It works now.

    Now I am interested in how to set variables in case more questions requiring multiple answers.

    Hi @dogbural82 ,

    Refer to official document for guidance of initialize/append to variables:

    Create variables to store and pass values - Azure Logic Apps | Microsoft Learn

    Create variables to store and pass values - Azure Logic Apps | Microsoft Learn

    Notice that you can only declare variables at the global level, not within scopes, conditions, and loops.
