Create a flow based on specific list conditions

I would like to create a schduled task that will look through my list and find conditions where the Name occurs 3 or more times where the Activity Date is TODAY - 120. When this condition is meet, I want an email sent. Is this possible?

    Hi @Jchester9086,

     

    1. For the text condition, you can use the split() function to split the text into an array, use the length function to get the length of the array, create add function to sub 1, then we could get the number of keywords.
    2. For the date condition, create addDays function to sub 120 the date of now, then compare it with the date of the list.
