Using Power Automate to set SharePoint library item permissions

I am trying to build a Flow that sets the permissions on items in a document library based on metadata (specifically the department) that users fill out when they upload a document. Trying to move from using SharePoint Designer Workflows to Power Automate. Is there a way to do this using actions like grant access to an item or a folder and get files (properties only) or does this have to be done using Send an HTTP request to SharePoint? I noticed a lot of tutorials used Send an HTTP request to SharePoint but most of those are over a year old and there have been a lot of changes with Power Automate. Can anyone point me in the right direction for using Power Automate to set item permissions based on metadata?

Thank you!

    Hi @dlheureux ,

You could take a try with Send an Http request to sharepoint function to achieve the requirement.

    Best regards,
