Good morning, dear.
Please could you help me with the following query.

I am developing a chatbot and I would like it to make a query on a database in a sharepoint list. The objective is to know the status of the request.

At the time of developing the chat, in the response to PVA I get an error per loop and that must be developed separately.

Hi @JhonaOB91993 ,

You are using the Get Items action to filter by ID and this action returns a list of items, you cannot use of this way, you will need to create a variable, define this variable and return the variable to the PVA action.

I recomendo you to use the GET ITEM action, because this action return only one item and you can use the Status of the request or another column to return to the PVA action.
