Automate approval save as PDF

Is there a way to automatically download the PDF file generated by Approvals and attach it to a Share list?

    Hi @Bojan2 ,

     

    As far as I know, I'm afraid it's not possible to automatically download the PDF generated by approval, as you can see, it's a manual operation. What is currently possible is that after manually downloading a PDF file, you can use a trigger like "When a file is created" to fetch the file and save it to an attachment in the SP list.

    If your files are saved locally, you'll need to use this trigger and establish a gateway to connect your local data.
