I have designed an approval-type flow using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Adaptive Cards in Teams. The flow runs without issue most of the time, but occasionally the adaptive cards encounter a problem, like in the picture below. The adaptive cards are sent to a group chat in Teams between me and one other person. That approver is the only one that responds. I'm just in the chat to monitor for issues. They are built so that the approver can input data which then updates the SharePoint list and is sent to the next approver. At different stages in the approval process and for different users, the adaptive card will show the "Your response was sent to the app." message and the adaptive card doesn't disappear while most others do. The only thing is, I know a response isn't sent anywhere because the flow doesn't continue. Nothing happens and it doesn't move to the next person or finish the flow. The flow is not failing and when I can find it, it shows it is still running. So, the flow gets stuck, and I don't know why it happens when it does or how to fix it.
At first, I thought it was a timeout issue because one of the adaptive cards was sent 32 days ago and I thought I read somewhere that Power Automate flows timeout after 30 days. However, I then found an adaptive card that showed up less than 30 days ago and had the same issue. Power Automate only shows a 28-day run history, so I can't even locate those flows and/or resubmit them.
HELP!
Microsoft Teams version: 24102.2223.2870.9480.
