What's the recommended approach to trigger a workflow manually on a selected item or when a new item is created without having to create 2 workflows for each trigger.

Hi @mjbcruz,

Do you want to trigger a flow when an item is selected in SharePoint list?

Or do you create a flow with built-in templates of Microsoft Flow for a selected item?

There is no way to trigger a flow manually on a selected item or when a new item is created within one flow in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Thanks! For now I'll probably just replicate the workflow, 1 for new item and the other one is triggered manually.
