HTTP action IP address restricted error

I'm using HTTP action to call a web API and it shows RestrictedIPAddress error. Web API accessible over Internet without restriction.

And I tried several other websites/URL (hosted across world) in same HTTP action and it works. How only that specific public IP of my Web API is restricted.

Since your IP is blurred in the pictures, can u please check if you if is in the Microsoft public list

I am facing the same issue. I'm using the HTTP action to call an API.

RestrictedIPAddress. The host name '172.29.xx.xx' resolved to IP address '172.29.xx.xx' which is restricted.
