I would like to be able to create a support ticket for a technical bug in Copilot Studio.
It seems to require a Dynamics 365 support plan, is it really needed?
If it is required, is it possible to subscribe such a plan for less than 20 users (it doesn't seem to be allowed to reduce the licences count to less then 20 users)? (we have only two users who work on the platform)?

Or as you are in the trial period. Do you have any other Power licenses. If you do not then I dont think you will be able to access the power applications support as you are still in the trial period for co-pilot
Have you ensure that you are a global admin? As you may not be the Admin for this specific admin centre meaning that you are unable to open a support ticket

Sorry but when I try to open a ticket about Copilot Studio, I get the attached error message telling me that my account doesn't have appropriate permissions to create tickets for this service and that I have to choose another support plan.
It also asks me for a Premier Access ID and a contract username / password.
I am the organization IT admin.
We are in the trial period of Copilot Studio.
Is there any setting to change / permission to give ?

You do NOT need a special support plan to get troubleshooting support from Microsoft. It is included FREE when you have any power platform licensing AT ALL, no matter what kind, no matter how many.
Just go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and click Help & Support in the left nav:
If you don't have access to the Admin Center, just ask your organization IT Admin to open the ticket here on your behalf.
