Greeting & prompts

I have create a agent using Co pilot Studio, and updated the Greeting & prompts, however when the agent gets used/interacted in teams, the 
Greeting & prompts which has been entered doesn't show up, as a result of this users wouldn't know how to engage with this agent.
Trying to understand why this is happening?
I have tried publishing it multiple times over 1 week and still same.

    Hi there!
     
    Check if Conversation Start is enabled
     
    Go to:
     
    Copilot Studio → Topics → System Topics → Conversation Start
     
    If this topic is enabled, try disabling it, then:
    • Save
    • Publish
    • Start a completely new Teams chat with the agent
     
    This is Microsoft's recommended configuration when you want users to see starter prompts in Teams.
