How i can set the start time and stop time for flow

Hello, i want my flow running everyday, from 8AM to 5PM, but i cant find where to setup like this, can anyone help me, and i dont know excatly "code" time meaning, ex: 2017-07-26T15:00:00Z

The format under Start time field is UTC format. If you want to use this field, you need to format the time to something likes yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ.

thanks for your help, now i understand. Microsoft Flow is not easy to use, its still require some coding, hard for normal user like me.
Just one question left, where i can find guide how to coding, using coding in Microsoft Flow.
