Reports in the admin center - Email activity

Hi, I would like to automate the process of creating a report on the number of sent and received emails. Currently, such reports can be generated manually. https://learn.microsoft.com/pl-pl/microsoft-365/admin/activity-reports/activity-reports?view=o365-worldwide I would like to know if it can be automated somehow. Thank you.
