Has anyone done anything cool with OpenAI in an organizational setting? I work in the healthcare space and I would love to tinker with some cool new features. I have played around with the document processing, invoice processing, just to see what it can do. I have used the unstructured extract model for our employment contracts. Its pretty cool but I want to push this to as far as it can go but unfortunately I have little experience. If there is something useful I am missing I would love to understand it and see if I can implement something for our organization.
